“Very good”

The best

Very clean studio for one for a good price. An old building. Very good location. No noisy bars nearby. Some traffic. Food store and nice beach nearby. Walking distance from town. Sun to the balcony at noon. Good AC, Wifi, tv, fridge, microwave. Good also for a woman travelling alone since there are people living in the building all year around. Sheets and towels included.

To be improved

The building is old. I might spend a bit more to get a real bed instead of a sofa. Make note that You will have to first pick up the keys from the Sunrise office that is 3 km away near Villa Madrid Street. Here, like in all Spanish holiday homes, the walls and doors are very thin. You can hear everything. The neighbours were mostly quiet. The balcony door doesn't lock so You can't leave anything inside the studio. Tv cabinet door was broken and for some reason there were no table knives. As a whole the studio was ok and clean. I could stay there again because of the good location in a nice neighbourhood.
