“Disappointing”
The best

Overall, we liked the place, the apartment was clean. There are plenty of parking spaces there. However, if you don't have your own car, you don't need to book this apartment! It is almost impossible to climb back up to the larger settlement on foot. Extremely deep slope down to the hotel complex. But therefore an extraordinary view of the ocean and Teide.

To be improved

The lack of internet and telephone connection directly around the hotel, the lack of an apartment key (which meant that at 1 a.m. we were standing in front of the hotel entrance after an accident and could no longer get into the hotel because the hotel's Wi-Fi was not working and the entrance door to the hotel complex would not open. nothing works without the internet!)

“Amazing location”
The best

The location was amazing. Open the windows and listen to the sound of the ocean. You can see the Teide on a clear day. The tests with its 4 tables looking into the harbour was fab. Highly enjoyable stay. Would recommend. The outdoor natural swimming pool was very big, could do some proper lengths there.

To be improved

Make sure to have supplies as the drive there includes 7 hair pin turns. But this added to it’s uniqueness
