“Awful”

To be improved

The apartment was dirty and things were broken like the toilet seat and the window of the terrace door. There was no clean bedding and sheets , no clean towels. We contacted them about the issues but they made us wait until 8pm with the solution, which was if we buy the towels and sheets they will pay it back. We bought everything, spent €60 on stuff they suppose to provide us, sent the receipt to them but they never paid it back. They ruined the first day of our holiday because we couldn’t do anything else but wait for them to sort this out which they never did , and we had to look for open shops to buy the stuff and pay for taxi as well. We want out money back.

“Very good”

The best

The location is nice. You have an amazing view to the sea and the lagoon de la Mata. Everything you need is there.

To be improved

The bed was not really comfortable. I think it ja to be replaced. The bathroom is tiny and it's hard not too flood it when you have a shower.

“Recommended for short stay for two people”

Location very good . Host friendly and helpful . Parking space on the street . We’re greeted with wine and chocolates . Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine available .

To be improved

Very uncomfortable bed - good thing , it was only 4 nights.

small, but with everything you need for your stay, nice view from the balcony

the bed needs to be replaced, you can feel the boards despite the additional mattress, it falls inside, you don't sleep comfortably

it was a perfect location to our own accommodation, I booked this property for my sister and brother in law.

it was smaller than what we expected but adequate for my sister’s needs

“Cosy convenient apartment, wonderful hosts. Would come again!”

The best

The apartment is as described, cosy and everything you need is there within the space. The hosts were so lovely, friendly, kind and helpful and this was one of the most important factors to us. The location is good, a short walk from the beach, very close to several parks and a useful supermarket. Also quite easy to catch a bus into Torrevieja town centre. It felt safe. Wifi was excellent and nice little balcony to enjoy the view. Great value for money for a convenient location and super hosts.

To be improved

Quite a few steps at the entrance to the block which some people may struggle with, but we were fine and also lifts inside the building. Half way through the stay, the neighbours in the next apartment returned and were very loud, sometimes arguing and slamming doors. Luckily this was not the whole duration of the stay and it is out of the hosts' control.
