“Good location but poor value for money.”

Pretty good location and easy enough to find.

To be improved

Poor value. The most expensive of the properties we used during a trip round Andalucìa and the lowest quality. It was a weekend so we expected to pay a bit more but expected a similar standard to the other apartments. It was clean, but the furnishings needed a refresh. Floor peeling and damaged, marks on the walls and just looked a bit unloved. Plus the bed was directly in front of the door so very noisy when neighbours came back. A lot of noise from the street and one cockroach visited the bathroom.

“Outstanding experience!”

The best

The location of the property is very very convenient! Close to the city center, points of interest, bars, and restaurants. The place is extremely clean and cozy, it has everything you need to make your stay a wonderful one. Nacho, the host, is super kind and willing to support with any doubts and recommendations. I will definitely book this place whenever I go back to Seville.

“I would recommend this property for a great stay in Sevilla!”

The best

Its interesting location , away from the tourist areas but with plenty of locals and bars, cafes, restaurants on our doorstep . It was very convenient. About 6 euros from the bus station by taxi. It was a comfortable apartment also. Our host was kind, helpful and kept in contact and check in was very easy.
