There is noise, the apartment is in the first floor of the residential building, and the noise from working elevator is disturbing.

The room is cold and has not enough heat for the winter.is very cold even you open full the two only heating small machines for this big area.The room need imidiately to improve the heating situation for the winter

Spacious apartment. Lots of parking on the street. Easy contact with the staff.

A utility room converted into an apartment, you can feel damp and a strange chemical smell, or maybe it's the smell of new materials, which will dissipate over time. You can't open the window at night to air it out because it's right next to the sidewalk.

“Exceptional”
The best

Everything is new, very clean and well decorated to a high standard. Beds are comfortable, the apartment has 2 TVs and a fully equipped kitchen. It's a 25 minute easy walk to Sardinero and there are a couple of bars and shops very near to the apartment.
