The Mildew smell from the bathroom shower. It hits you as you open the front door. The noise from the building and from the outside. There was a mechanical clanking noise that sounded out like clockwork all night. The water draining down. There was a bench outside where people continuesly stopped and chatted. There was no iron.

The only request is to add an iron

It seems that it was previously a store. The store front is the only source of natural light and since it's on the ground floor is not very inviting to open. Noise isolation is also not quite good and you can hear lot's of noises on the neighbourhood through the night.

The apartment is on the first floor, very noisy from the street, sometimes it felt like everything was happening in the apartment. However, it was not too critical. And a dishwasher was a bit lacking.

Felt strange with the glass wall directly on to the street, but I got used to it and it was perfectly fine at the end
