“Comfy, clean and central”

It was a really nice room, very simple. We didn’t spend much time in the room so its smaller size wasn’t an issue. The location was perfect, right next to a bus stop that could get you anywhere in Santander, the place itself was a few minutes into the centre and the closest bars and coffee shops were on the doorstep. There was a 24/7 reception desk which felt very safe and the staff were really nice with great English.

To be improved

The kitchenette suffered from not having an oven or microwave, so we relied a lot on hob cooked stuff. If you’re going for a long time maybe factor that in.

“Satisfactory stay”

The best

The staff were great and very friendly. The location is fairly good, cafes and convenient stores around. The room we had was quite spacious, reasonably quiet. No air-con, but thankfully the room didn't go too hot and stuffy during our visit.

To be improved

Bathroom - a bit stinky smell, cannot see any ventilation. Small shower area and the shower curtain is not helpful, whenever we took a shower it flooded the bathroom.

“Great stay in Santander”

The best

For its price I thought it was going to be just a normal budget room, but to be honest it really exceeded my expectations. The room was big, clean, very comfortable beds, a small kitchenette and the location is perfect! Near cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. I stayed only one night in Santander and it was really good value for money, I had everything I needed.

To be improved

You can hear people in the corridot has they talk and go to their rooms, but it didn't bother me. Great stay.

Had pretty much everything I needed

To be improved

The shower was too small and there is room to extend. I had read this on another guest’s review so it was expected. Also the fridge in room 511 is missing the door to the freezer compartment, which turns other parts of the fridge into a freezer when the door is closed
