The studio looked nice and it was in walkable distance from the centre.

To be improved

The check in, was a bit like an escape room, which in the end was not so difficult, but you would depend on internet and battery on your phone all the time Location was ok, based on walking to main attractions, but it doesn't look the safest to say the least. The studio is small, looks good and it is fit for purpose if you stay there to sleep and shower only..sort of.. since we had a bit of flood situation due to the water not draining fast enough in the shower. Be careful with that.

“A frustrating and uncomfortable stay with poor conditions, no support, and several unexpected issues”
The best

The location was great – everything was within walking distance, so there was no need for public transportation. The design of the room was nice, modern, and new.

To be improved

We stayed at the One-Bedroom Apartment and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience: 1. Check-in process was a nightmare – It felt like a real-life escape room. You need to download two different apps just to find and open the door. It was raining heavily that day, and we were stuck outside with all our luggage. The host didn’t show up to help in person—just messaged us on chat. As you can see in the pictures, we (and our belongings) were completely soaked. 2. Construction during our stay – There was ongoing construction in the building, which the host never mentioned before our arrival. No heads-up, no apology. They tried to keep quiet, but it was still noisy, and the hallways were dirty. The apartment floor was covered in cement and plaster dust—it clearly hadn't been cleaned. You can see it in the photos. The host apologized after checkout! 3. Freezing cold room – The only heater in the apartment blew cold air. It was installed on the wall near the wardrobe, far from the bed, and had no effect. We were freezing the entire time. It was very uncomfortable. 4. No mobile network inside the room – We had no signal at all. If we wanted to make a call, we had to go outside. The Wi-Fi was also weak on the first day—slightly better on the second. 5. Very dark room with no windows – The room had no natural light and no windows, which made it feel extremely closed in and suffocating. If you’re someone who doesn’t like dark spaces, this place is not for you 6. There was no table (Just one chair), with no clean floor space to place our stuff. Overall, we had a very bad experience during the two nights we stayed. We tried to spend as much time outside as possible, returning only late at night just to sleep. We contacted Booking.com and waited over two hours, called multiple times—and got no help whatsoever. It’s honestly shameful that a company like Booking does nothing to support one of their "Genius level 3" users.
