“Very centric, very clean, very comfortable”

The best

Everything was very clean and really well prepared to receive guests with good amenities, such as free coffee and water bottles. The room was very comfortable. Toilet was very clean and fully equipped with all necessities, the shower was a big bonus.

To be improved

Being at street level, opening the window was not a very good option and the lights were very white and strong. There wasnt a warm light option. Then there is the noise, although generally quiet, people walking at night next to the window could wake you up, or even startle you.

“Exceptional”

The best

The studio is very well located, in the city center, but in a quiet little street. It has everything you need inside to feel comfortable. The atmosphere, furniture and decoration is pleasant. We could use the washing machine, which was very useful. The tenant, Sandra, welcomed us on time and was very friendly. A very good place to stay in Caceres.

“Best apartment I've ever stayed at on a trip from any website, and I'm a frequent traveller.”

The best

One of the best stays I've ever had from an apartment when travelling, and I travel a lot. The hosts were so wonderful, welcoming me with water and even local extremaduran paprika dolce. Communication was extremely prompt and professional, providing an online check-in to comply with local laws for personal information (passport etc), and then I was given the door codes to the place which made it really easy to just show up and get comfortable. The WiFi was extremely fast, easily coasting at consistent 200mb/s on wifi. The shower is great, the bed is super comfy, the heating and AC are great. There were 2 spare bin bags provided, washing up soaps, laundry detergents and plenty of toilet paper (even travel tissues provided). This was one of the best welcomes I could have for a very busy work period, and I would stay there as my first choice. Any small issues I had at the property were so quickly taken care of by the hosts, they really went out of their way and were always prompt to communicate. The kitchen appliances were great too. Dolce gusto coffee machine fully loaded with 20 capsules of caf and decaf cafe con leche capsules. The portable induction hob was a little tricky to use but it was one of the most powerful ones I've ever used. Big plus for stainless steel cookware, I find the non-sticks affect my sensitive digestion. If I could rate 100/10 I would. And I usually don't write reviews, so that says something to you about this place. Congrats on an amazing service, if only everywhere was as good as your place! Great coffee machine too (dolce gusto)

Read these with a pinch of salt, this is mostly just constructive feedback and also just great examples of the hosts communication and hospitality. The induction hob is a little tricky to use but it's extremely powerful. Very easy to either undercook or burn on the stainless steel cookware. Not a huge issue but it took some getting used to. On one night, some weird sounds started coming from an air vent, but the hosts were so fast to investigate it, and in doing so I think they fixed whatever the problem was without realising. These things do happen, it's a reality of life, and all you can ask for are hosts who are as fast to react as these wonderful people are! The main lights are a little on the harsh side, very high colour temperature, almost hospital-like, definitely above 6000k. I'm very sensitive to "the big light", but honestly I was super comfortable just running the 2 bedside lights alongside the kitchen vent light and the touchpad vanity mirror light in the bathroom, so this wasnt a huge issue for me at all. Some people suffer from SAD (seasonal affectiveness disorder), this kind of light is fantastic for them. The only other thing is the actual apartment door, not the front one, it needs a bit of a hard push when you unlock with the code, I mistook it for being double-locked when I arrived, but when I phoned, the host came within 5 minutes to help at 9pm with a smile. My body and mind are super sensitive so I'm a bit of a hard one to please, although I never expect anywhere to have the comforts of home, and this is another reason I'm so happy with this stay, I never feel this comfortable even with these little things. Literally nothing else is wrong, this is super nitpicky of me, but it paints a great picture of these lovely hosts who are happy to help at any turn.

The best

Beautifully renovated, immaculately clean apartment very near the old town, and near local shops. Comfortable including the bed.

To be improved

The apartment didn't have a balcony or town view, as advertised. Instead, on the ground floor, traffic occasionally passed right in front of the flat. Further noise came in the evenings from the apartment above. Also, with only a keypad for entry, rather than physical keys, the place felt somewhat insecure, despite security cameras in the entrance.
