The best

Wonderful view of the sea, comfortable and near eating and shopping, and beach. Easy to park on the street and not much traffic.

To be improved

The neighbours like watching TV and the sound insulation isn’t great.

Maybe if you are nitpicky you will find something, until you see the view from the apartment which compensates for everything. Great location, great host.
