Estupendo estudio al lado de plaza la Merced

Hello, unfortunately I am not satisfied. First of all the bed is tragic, too short and very uncomfortable. Secondly unfortunately the room was simply dirty, dirty floor and very dirty bathroom with lots of hair and the toilet was peed on. I saw a person cleaning and he did it hopelessly and carelessly and inaccurately. He only wiped everything from the top and that's it. The sofa in the living room is completely dirty and stained. The bedding also had stains in the upper right and lower left corners. And of course no one informed that there are construction works right outside the window and from 8 to 18 there is such noise that it is difficult to talk, let alone rest. An excavator was digging right outside the window... unfortunately but I am very sorry about all this because it completely ruined the whole trip. Unfortunately I will have to write negative opinions and to the help of booking because it should not be like this. Unless you propose some other solution to this situation?

The studio is far from "Estupendo". It had a strong cigarette smell and the toilet smells like sewage. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillow very, very thin. The studio is next the main entrance, so you'll constantly be bothered by people entering/leaving the building and slamming the door. There are work in progress in front of the building but this something that cannot be controlled. Customer service is quite bad, many messages were ignored and when we highlighted that there was a strong smell of cigarettes not even an apology was offered. They just left a room spray in the afternoon. If you're thinking about spending more than a night, please be aware that you'll need to buy basically everything. Also, there's not even a lamp next to the bed, a mirror or bin bags. Very disappointing considering that it wasn't cheap.
