To be improved

No responses from the host until the very last day, despite multiple question on email and Whatsapp. They provide us with a 1euro-sized soap for a 7nights stay, and then they were not responsive to provide us additional soap or basi basic cleaning products. Same with towels, it was impossible to get a hold of them to ask for fresh towels. No one comes to clean the space. Given this is a high-end 200euro+ per night accommodation, I was in shock to see such rude behaviour. I do not recommend.
