“Very good!”

The best

It was easy to check-in. Clear instructions. The staff responds quickly. Clean and high-quality white linen and towels. TWO LAVATORIES was an obligatory condition. There were no problems with water. We couldn't connect the wi-fi at the first day, but the problem was solved within an hour distantly. Comfortable temperature inside the apartment. If you read the check-in rules and other information ahead there will be no problems with check-in.

I can hear loud neighbors and noises. Small fridge. Weak cooking range.

“Spacious apartment, good location, hidden fees for nothing, bad communication from hosts”

The location was ideal - opposite the metro and very close to Segrada Familia. Spacious apartment, the balcony is an added bonus. They gave some washing up soaps.

To be improved

They charged 30 euro for us to check in late, but when we got there it was simply a lock box. We assumed there would be staff that had to work extra hours to let us in but no, they charged us just to get the key from the lock box, at no inconvenience or added cost to them, this fel dishonest and greedy. The property also did not get back to us about 2 or 3 issues we messaged them about, despite stating they are available via whatsapp all day. They didn't provide the second key and said they would give it - with no correspondence to let us know, they'd put it in the lock box on our 4th day! The communication with the host is terrible unless they want money from you.

The main door was difficult to open and did not close properly from the inside, posing a security risk. The living room was uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax there. There was only one air conditioning unit in the living room, making the nights uncomfortably hot. The bathroom door did not close well, affecting privacy. The freezer in the fridge was not working, and the plates and crockery were chipped. The room with two single beds had a light that flickered and could not be turned off, causing disturbances during the night.
