5 Window ACs and one mini split. Only one window ac worked and the mini split. No hot water in the kitchen, or the 2nd bathroom shower. I feel like owners knew prior to rental

The apartment is really generous, quite well equiped and can comfortably accommodate 6 peopled. Due to the local climate and frequency of use, some parts of the apartment are slightly worn. Situated in a good location close to the beach and marina.

To be improved

I was a little disappointed with the speed of the owners' response to questions about late checkout or storing luggage until the plane leaves later in the evening. There is no luggage storage room in the Benalmadena area and it is quite impractical to carry suitcases to the beach. I wrote three questions if they can give us an advice where we can leave our luggage but the owners only replied on the last day that we could leave the suitcases in the accommodation until 2 pm. Unfortunately, this reply did not arrive until 3:32 pm, which was a bit funny and very latě and I cannot determine if it was a Booking message error or not. Though I sent the owners my private number on WhatsApp several times before, but the owners never contacted me there.

Bit of TLC needed - Windows and doors hard to open or broken. Small shower leaked. Bedding needs an upgrade.

I recently spent a fantastic summer vacation in this apartment, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, as well as various stores and restaurants. We loved being able to stroll to the beach every day and enjoy the beautiful scenery without having to deal with parking hassles.

To be improved

The only downside was the parking situation. While we did manage to find a spot most of the time, it could be a challenge during peak hours. If you’re planning to have a car, I would recommend arriving early or looking into nearby parking options ahead of time.
