Otel generally ok we were happy until when we go to breakfast because staff of restaurant was very rude I just want to know where is hot water ,l asked man but he became very angry and l lost my aptitude

Location was fine and breakfast offered a wide selection to choose from.

A great hotel in the heart of Valencia, ideally situated within walking distance of the science museum and Oceanografic. The hotel itself was beautifully clean and the staff really nice and helpful. For a city centre hotel, the price was very reasonable. We also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and found the food and drinks quite reasonably priced too. The only reason I haven’t given the hotel 5 stars was because the description stated that there were tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, when in fact there were only herbal teas and a kettle. When we asked at reception for coffee and milk, we were advised that that was not something they provided, therefore I feel the description was a little misleading. Had we known this, we would have brought our own! Aside from that though, the hotel was fab!

Good selection and always restocked

The room was clean, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The location was also great; everything was relatively close and easily accessible by public transport.
