Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy

A lot. Staff were extremely rude and clearly weren’t trained. Everytime I went to ask them a question in regards to travel or transportation around the city I was given a map and told to ‘figure it out.’ Ontop of that the reception gave me the wrong room, then made me pay double the room as they messed up. I was told and booked my breakfast with my stay but when arriving at breakfast I was told to pay €50 for each night!! Just pure embezzlement and poor customer service. It’s clear they favour Spanish guests over English and it’s not a secret.

Receptionists and air conditioning was bad. But mostly because they charged me 10e for borrowing the towel for the pool. Even after return they did not cancel the charge but charged me
