“Relaxation”
The best

The location is 20 minutes from the city centre. If somebody wants to avoid walking, the bus stop is very close to the hotel. Staff is very professional; all requests were fulfilled. We were checked in earlier than planned. This is a very big plus. There are restaurant and bar. Price for lunch is lower than in old town, food is excellent. Breakfast is excellent.

The coffe at breakfast was no coffee at all. Otherwise breakfast was okay, but compared to the super lunch quality downstairs it is far behind.”

“Acceptable for a short stay”
The best

The rooms were good size and beds were comfortable. The location is good - walkable distance from the city center and the beach.

To be improved

Windows should be closed during the night because the street noise (and hotel also recommends to keep them closed because of mosquitos). Mold in the bathroom. Holes in walls. Refrigerator not working. Overall our rooms at least would benefit from a repair.

“Good stay in San Sebastian”
The best

The hotel is in a convenient location, a bit away from the hussle and bustle but we had a car and needed to have parking. Parking was great, very convenient and for €20 per night. The cafeteria attached to the hotel is excellent and serves food all day long, great coffee and very nice staff.

To be improved

No clear instructions about car parking, but this is a minor detail. Lighting is very dim in the room.
