“Room quiet but unattractive, and had a step I fell on.”
The best

breakfast and location were excellent. I liked having the bathtub. I liked having a pool. The staff were good.The elevators were very good. My room was wonderfully quiet. It was not attractive, however. The breakfast room and experience were very enjoyable.

To be improved

Main dislike was a dangerous step from the bedroom to the wardrobe/bathroom. I had to be so careful. I misstepped once and fell on the very hard floor. Other big dislike were the difficult-to-use bathroom soap dispensers. The ones next to the sink were behind the makeup mirror. The ones in the tub were at the wrong end of the bathtub. Sitting in the tub it was impossible to reach them. All were hard to get soap out of. I bought my own bar of soap. The fence around the pool was very ugly. The sofas and decor in the front lobby/salon area were ugly. The stuffed chair in my room was comfortable but the upholstery was damaged.

Breakfast was excellent. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel as it was close to the Gonzales Byass house and good restaurants in the square outside the hotel.
