“Unexpected Charges”

The best

I received an additional charge from the hotel after leaving and I've tried contacting several times, but they refuse to admit that the charge came from them even though it was made under the hotel's name.

“Pretty much everything. Room is spacious, modern, comfortable. Location is also great. · Cons: I kind of missed a kettle in the room - always nice to have one if you want some hot beverage without leaving the premises.”

“I like the location of the hotel, its close to many bars, restaurants, and shopping · Cons: i HATE black tiles in bathrooms. It makes the room very dark makes showering and shaving more difficult also the darkness of the room it hides sanitary condition. Also I did not appreciate the flood of communications about check out. This was a 2 night booking and starting around 19:00 received 3 messaging informing me of self checkout for tomorrow then early the next morning a couple of more follow up emails reminding me to use self checkout. I left by 9:00 felling rushed and unwelcome and NO I did not use self checkout”
