“A PLEASANT STAY IN MADRID TO BE REPEATED”

The best

a very centrally located hotel where it is easy to get to the main cultural sites in Madrid, the facility is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I would especially like to thank Toni for his kindness and helpfulness. Overall a very good choice for a weekend in Madrid. I recommend it and as soon as I can I will go back. Thank you Andrea

“If you cherish sleep don't stay here”

The best

I would not recommend this hotel. If you cherish sleeping, this was the loudest Hotel you could stay in. We stayed 3 nights in a room that was facing the street. It was awful Sunday night it was a nightclub we stayed up till 5:00 a.m. people yelling and screaming. Monday 2:30 a.m. garbage trucks going by to clean everything 2 hours up and down the street. Tuesday there was moving companies decided to move office furniture at midnight till 2:00 a.m.. Every night homeless people yelling and screaming while they walk bye felt like they were in my room. The soundproofing is awful I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I asked to change my room they said that no rooms were available yet when you went on the internet to book a room there was plenty of rooms available. The front desk staff never cracked a smile, the breakfast was mediocre but the eggs were awful. The only good thing about this hotel was the location but there is plenty of hotels around.

Location is 3 minutes to the Sol and 3 minutes to Gran Via. Many great thanks to Elina (on the front desk) for her help. She’s very friendly and awesome 👏
