Everything was very nice, room was always clean, the area is quiet.

Nice property ..in the industrial zone ...quiet neighbourhood...Clean rooms..

The hotel room is depressing with bars on the window, so dark it makes home look like a sun holiday. Hotel says they are booked out and can’t help us. Love holidays when we called said there was nothing they could do to help us. Feeling trapped. Was so excited to come to a 4 star hotel in Barcelona …Here right now and feeling unsupported and sad. 😢

Agoda, it's so disgusting. The reservation date was wrong, and you didn't have to cancel it without getting a refund, so I changed the check-out on the 2nd to the 1st and asked for an invoice, but the hotel said no I made a call with the hotel, and they said it was possible as long as it wasn't a refund, so I asked them to contact Agoda, but Agoda kept saying no When they checked, the hotel said no. I think it'll be better to talk to AI on the phone than this I'm going on a business trip, but there's nothing comfortable about it. I'm worried if it's properly booked when I go I want to do everything I can to Agoda
