“No Stay, No Breakfast—Still Got Billed”
The best

I had to cancel my reservation due to a family emergency. I called the hotel to inform them fully aware that the fare was non-refundable given the short notice. I did not request a refund. To my surprise I was charged for breakfast. More to my surprise, upon contacting the hotel they send me the cancellation policy as if I hadn’t understood it. In my opinion this is truly humiliating. I was asking for the charge of breakfast not for anything more. Since I made the effort to notify my absence by respect and courtesy, I expected yo be treated in the same way. Evidently, this was not true.

Lovely clean, modern hotel. Staff are very friendly. close to the centre of town. Has a good cafe for breakfast and drinks.
