“Grand in Granada”
Fabulous stay. Staff were lovely - couldn't do more for us. Terrace bar with views a real bonus. Meal in the restaurant was so good we went back another night. Minor maintenance issues in the bathroom, otherwise five star all the way.
“Adequate 4 star hotel.”
As someone visiting Granada as a tourist the location is excellent. Reception staff are really friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and made up well each day. However, the only thing 5 star was the bar prices. Whoever designed the interior only possessed a brown crayon and it is generally dull and sombre. The public spaces are tired with worn, patched and lifting carpets and need a serious facelift. Rating mostly based on staff, location and cleanliness but there iso way this is a 5 star hotel.
“Cons: The worst hotel i have stayed at in my life. The hotel and rooms are extremely old and dirty. Upon arriving there was trash in the room, dirty carpets and dirty bathroom. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and old. Not even close to 2 star quality let alone 5 stars. After the first night i left and went to another hotel even though i had already paid for the second night and they would not give me a refund. It was that terrible.”

“Perfect location, exceptional service, and superb comfort”
We had a fantastic stay at Eurostars Gran Vía in Granada. The service was outstanding — genuinely warm, super friendly, and always helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a great bathroom and a lovely powerful shower. The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of Granada, making it easy to walk to the main sights, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast was very decent with good variety, and everything was well organised and fresh. Overall, a really pleasant experience and excellent value for the quality and service offered. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Granada.
“Beware! misrepresented! Not 5 stars!”
Beware! Not a 5 star hotel. 2.5 or 3 at best. I booked this hotel based on the pictures and rooftop bar. We booked 2 rooms, but as soon as we entered the lobby, I could tell it was old and shabby. It smelled like mold. Totally misrepresented from the pictures on line! We checked in and went up to our rooms. So disappointing and really discussing. Stained carpets, paint chipped and dented walls, and mold in the bathroom, hallways, and room corners. The bathrooms looked like a school bathroom. 1 room with shower and toilet stalls. No bathrobes or slippers either. The Jr suite my sister booked was a joke. Upper floor room with a sloping wall that you could hardly stand up on, and a pole in the middle of the room More mold, and horrible smells. We went down to the lobby and demanded our money back, and to speak with a manager. We were told one was was not available and to stay the night and we would have answers in the morning. We could not stay there and for our health. My eyes were burring and I was nauseated by the smell. The guy at the front desk was not helpful and told us he would switch our room, but could not give us our money back. He also said that he could not make us stay and that if we wanted to leave we should. We were refunded 2 out of 3 nights. I don't know how they can call themselves 5 stars or how they represent Eurostar. I would be embarrassed if I was Eurostar. We ended up staying at the beautiful Marriot property 2 blocks down, called the Palacio Santa Paula. It was absolutely beautiful in a historical setting, and they were super kind and took really good care of us.
“The property was in a good location and the staff was friendly · Cons: It would have been nice if there was a pool. The kids were asking for one.”
