“Great location, mediocre breakfast”

The best

Parking was easy once you found out that you had to go to reception first to get a bar coded ticket for entry so it took me two trips around the block before I could park. Reception was on 1st floor so had to go up in the lift to find it but once there the check in process was quick and they spoke very good English. The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to the old town, the Real Alcazar and cathedral, all just 25 minutes away. We booked a junior suite so there was plenty of room inside plus a great balcony complete with 2 sunbeds and a table & chairs. Everything was very clean and modern with a big comfortable bed and an amazing walk in shower. There was enough hanging space for clothes but nowhere to put flat items like T-shirts so we ended up leaving them in the suitcase which was a pain, especially when you consider the size of the room. The fridge never seemed to get cold even though I turned the dial up. Breakfast was mediocre with limited choice and awful coffee regardless of which machine you used. There was no bar that we could find within the hotel but this wasn't a problem because there are many restaurants & bars nearby. Apparently there was a gym next to the parking area (not used). I'd certainly stay again and book a junior suite but I'd probably get breakfast elsewhere.

“A very pleasant stay”

The best

Had an enjoyable stay. Hotel is modern, quiet and very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient and there was an extensive choice of options at breakfast. A 25 min walk into the city centre.

“I liked the location. The room was spacious. · Cons: The room had a smell of moisture. We let the reception know but their answer was that they would spray a perfume to fix the problem. The other solution was to change room but we should talk with another person at the reception the next morning. Nothing happened finally… not the change or the perfume!”

Nice hotel near touristic areas and restaurants Comfortable beds All amenities including in room kettle, fridge, safety box Free cold water and coffee and tea in the reception We stayed in the big room with terrace, which was an added value

Provide only one bottle of water in a double room only in the first day of stay
