Fantastic staff and stunning history of this hotel.

To be improved

Rooms are very tired and desperately need updating. No water on the morning of check out so couldn't flush toilet, brush teeth etc.

Beautiful historical building,easy walk to plaza and all the restaurant/bar action

Having thick walls meant wifi was poor in the rooms but they do have comfortable pods in the central dining room/bar area to keep updated

Very central beautiful hotel An architectural stunner large bedrooms comfortable bed Great breakfast

I admittedly it was 36 C outside but the room was on the top floor superheated by being under the roof. The air on was pathetic. We didn’t sleep at all. Opening the window didn’t help as it openned onto a hot courtyard. Ensure you request a first floor room with a window to the outside. Shame

Air con wasn’t very good. The hotel needs to be renovated. It has the potential to be stunning.
