“Eurostars purchasing the Louxo has ruined it”

Paying extra for the Spa. Amenities not available unless requested, and have to request one by one instead of providing a full set. TV was quite small for a 4 star hotel. Phone broken. Tap in the shower was really hard to move, getting cooler water was quite tricky. The breakfast was too crowded everyday, and the layout was a bit chaotic and didn’t help to keep order. Quite disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Nothing was a huge pain but all the little pains were enough to get us disappointed… Hopefully they will improve because I used to love this hotel.

Upgraded room, quality of hotel, restaurant and pool area. Stunning views & location.

To be improved

Hotel was hosting a large conference which at times intruded a little on the peace & quiet and overall ambiance. We did not like the big neon sign stuck on top of the hotel, completely out of character with the beautiful surroundings.

“Great location, amazing breakfast, the best time to visit is in the summer time.”
The best

The place is excellent located, excellent breakfast, the spa, this time I could not schedule because it was reserved at the time we arrived and the next day we have plans at the time it was available. Dinner was great.

To be improved

The room was bad, the window was small, there was no view, it was on a wall that faced the ceiling, I felt like I was in an attic.
