Shower head fell off as soon as we turned the tap on- had obviously snapped off previously . The room should not have been rented out with an unusable shower in hot Madrid .so we need to move from a twin room to a double - we’re not a couple so less than ideal

Booked this hotel with a small group of colleagues. It came recommended by others because of its proximity to our Madrid office. It's pretty easy to access if you have a car available (which we did for some of our stay), with free street-side parking, and about a 15 min uber ride from the airport. On booking (some months in advance) I had requested a quiet room, away from the elevator, on a higher floor. I was given a room on the first floor right across from the elevator with a window facing the hotel entrance. So it was very noisy - elevator noises and loud slamming room doors down the entire hallway. I debated a bit whether I should ask for another room but figured it was too late in the evening and tried to go to sleep. I later learned that colleagues who arrived even later than myself were given rooms on higher floors (without requesting). That tells me that requests from guests are either not read or ignored. Apart from the noisy rooms there were some other little irks: the water dispenser at reception was always empty when we passed by, the seating area in the lobby was quite dirty, and a green light (smoke alarm?) illuminated the room at night. I don't get the comments about good mattresses, I was lying in a bit of a ditch myself. We had dinner in downtown Madrid, by car during rush-hour it takes about an hour to get there. The one good thing: the bathroom was clean with a good shower (immediately hot with good water pressure). Given the steep price (which luckily was paid by my employer) I had expected much more from this hotel. Next time we visit the Madrid office I'll sure try to see if there are other hotels nearby.

The hotel was very convenient to the airport and very near Center Comerciale 'Plaza Norte". Also can take bus 827 or 828 to and from airport. Rooms are small with a layout different than regular hotel rooms could be because there is bathtub/Jacuzzi in the room next to the sofa. The bathroom was beautiful with beautiful towels. The beds were extremely comfortable which is very important for a good night sleep. The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. The only negative thing is the strong smell when you first enter the room. It could be the kind of floor /dust cleaning products they use but overly strong.

Business hotel not too far from the airport. Quite smart, rooms in good condition (some of them are set up interestingly - bed faces large picture window). Little bit dark but OK - lighting fine, storage space fine, wifi worked well. Good bathroom with both a tub and a shower. Think it has a small gym but apparently that has to be prebooked. Breakfast was very good. Good VFM overall.

This is a 4 star hotel... on paper. There is NO open bar or restaurant in the hotel on weekends. It is literally impossible to even get a coffee in a weekend. The area is dead on all days of the week except Horizon Madrid 5minutes walk which is a very nice restaurant and bar. We stayed here because of the proximity to our Madrid office in the area, but would not spend one cent to this place otherwise.

Las camas y almohadas cómodas. Buena ubicación para desplazarte por Madrid. El hotel, no cuenta con ninguna zona de restauración abierta, ni si quiera para tomar un café o agua mineral. La toallas estaban bastante manchadas. El gel de baño me ha provocado alergia fuerte.
