“Perfect family stay in the heart of Madrid”

I recently stayed at the Eurostars Madrid Gran Vía with my family of four from August 3–7, 2025, and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, making our stay very pleasant from the moment we arrived. We booked a family room, which turned out to be spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location could not be better – right in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. Everything we needed was just a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Hotel is almost perfect, very comfortable and location is excellent, so close to everything we needed to do in madrid.

To be improved

No toiletries and breakfast was €22 per person, which we thought was very expensive.

“Great hotel for a visit to Madrid”
The best

The hotel was well placed for the shopping area and access by metro to various sites. The breakfast staff were outstanding . And the food choice is superb . The room was very disabled friendly . Just a shame room service QR code did not work so no food was possible past breakfast.
