Excellent location. Friendly and responsive staff. Speak Spanish and English. Easy check-in. Bidet available!

“Very good hotel , would stay again”
The best

The hotel is lovely ,very beautiful as you enter the reception area very tasteful . It is very well placed to be able to access everything within walking distance . The room was exceptionally clean ,and well kept . There was shampoo , hand wash and body lotion in the bathroom , they were very nice . The fridge was a welcome addition, as we went at the hottest weekend of the year so far . The staff were really great ,they were very helpful and acomodating . We had an evening meal in the resteraunt, 3 courses with a drink for €21 , extremely good value for money . A very good hotel,, we would stay again .

To be improved

I was expecting a room with the view of the Mezquita , but got one with a view of the neighbours weed covered roof . Slightly picky, but the toilet roll was one ply and rather rough and cheap , so I would take my own next time ! Other than that ,an excellent stay .

“Amazing location, amazing staff...”
The best

the size of the room was huge... with three large windows with balconies and a large frosted door/window and balcony in the bathroom! the staff were great and very amenable - allowed me to extend the check out by a couple of hours for no extra cost. Location is amazing... overlooking the far end of the Mezquita and the road behind it... sitting with the doors open on the balcony really lets you soak the atmosphere in.... couldn't ask for a better room (room 106!).

To be improved

no tea and coffee facilities... we had a kettle - my kids didn't... and this is something which isn't normal... the other two hotels in our trip to Spain have had tea, kettle facilities.... no bother - we just bought tea bags and milk from the Carrefour express round the corner and the paper cups from the ice cold water dispenser in the lobby to keep us going. The bathroom had a "hydromassage" bathtub... but it didn't work the button was broken...
