Lovely Hotel facing the Placa de Ajuntament with stunning views of Santa Barbara Castle. Great room with possibly the biggest bed we've ever slept in. You could quite easily have fitted 4 people in it. Room was well equiped with TV, Fridge and Kettle. We had our own private large terrace facing the square. Staff on arrival were extremely pleasant and helpful. Couple of relly good Restaurants in the square meant we didn't need to walk far. Heartily recommend

Great position in the heart of the city and next to the beach. Clean, good facilities and fantastic staff. Irene in reception was brilliant and very helpful.

Great hotel location. Fab breakfast, with loads of choice (€13). Near restaurants, port areas, old town & coastal walks. Pleasant walk to vertical lift to castle. Very helpful English speaking staff. Tram to other small towns along towards Benidorm. Particularly Villa Joiosa, well worth a visit

Had previously stayed in this hotel so knew that the location was excellent - just on the town hall square and minutes from bus stops, the marina and the beach. Had a one night stay. Previous reviews have mentioned outside noise. We didn't hear anything from the street but inside noise carries when people return late. Room was very clean, with a tea tray and bottle of water. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only negative was our bathroom had a dreadful smell of drains. Didn't smell when we arrived and when we got back after dinner, we knew the hotel was full and we were leaving early so made sure the door was closed at all times. We mentioned this to the receptionist as we left.

The location was perfect. Not to close to the busiest touristic sites but within the nice walking distance. The personel was super profesional, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and modern. I loved the place and will definitely get back there.

This hotel is in the perfect location for staying in Alicante. It's only 4 minutes from the airport bus stop, harbour and beach. Located in the square of the old town, also means everything you'd want to see, eat or shop is right on your doorstep too. The hotel staff are all lovely and very accommodating. The family room we had was on the second floor overlooking the square with a balcony and was large with a nicely appointed ensuite, and very clean. The only slight negatives were a very basic tea/coffee tray, think sachets and a kettle only, and the buffet breakfast was a bit lacking for a 4 star hotel. Also the beds are on the hard side, and because of its central location can be a bit noisy.
