“We had a nice stay; the hotel is very nice.”

The best

The girl who worked the front desk in the afternoons, I can't remember her name, was the most the helpful and nicest person, I have met working in a hotel. She told us places to eat; she would ask us how our day went and always kept the lemon water in the front reception room filled up. The breakfast was good, and we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and it was really good. The rooms are nice and very clean.

To be improved

The only thing about the hotel, it's not near anything, you would have to Uber or Taxi to get to the middle of Madrid or any sites, most of the time it would take about 20 minutes. The hotel is a neighborhood with a lot of apartments and houses. The area is nice and had a park to walk across the street to, but we didn't do that.

“My first impression was, that the reception personnel were professional and friendly. The room was sparkling clean, truly excellent, and spacious with a very large comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very exceptionally designed. · Cons: No kettle.”

“Poor hotel and service”

The best

Terrible hotel. Very old rooms, sparsely furnished, not friendly or helpful staff, breakfast not great too . Wall paper coming off, no coffee maker in room. Gave me a terrible room, then I wished to checkout and they wouldn't refund the balance. They changed the room which was marginally better. Overall an avoidable hotel.

“Great hotel & employees.”

The best

The employees were very nice & always ready to help with anything. The evening receptionist, was extremely friendly Sidrería Mingo, and so very helpful. The hotel was really nice and beautiful. Breakfast was always good.

To be improved

It was wasn’t close to any shopping or dining areas. It was a very pretty neighborhood but a taxi or uber was always necessary to go anywhere in the city.
