The best

Very poor. We were keen to have an early start on the Monday, breakfast was suppossed to be available from 7am, but was not ready and sraff very rude.

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO!!!! There was a MOOSE in my room, a family of MICE, and A HOMELESS MAN with traces of excretion all around him! The staff was EXTREMELY rude and told me to go BACK TO MY COUNTRY? Excuse me!? Who would say that to a HARD CORE AMERICAN!? SQUAH SQUAh at least WE have freedom! wWe use FREEDOM UNITS! This stay was absolutely absurd and I advise you to NEVER and I mean NEVER stay at this hotel!!

The best

A really well situated hotel for exploring Pamplona. Our room was overlooking the lovely garden terrace. Plenty of safe parking. Breakfast was excellent, a lovely variety of food. We highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic rooms. Josu and Laura are a credit to the hotel. Daniel was very friendly and managed the restaurant and bar superbly on his own.

It was scratches and marks across floor, also bathtub had problem with water stopper so it wasn’t posible to fill with water
