“Would stay again!”
The best

The hotel is well situated if arriving on public transport with the bus stop to the historic centre outside the hotel – because the hotel is at the base of the historic centre. Reception was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, modern, quiet and comfortable and with a view of the aqueduct. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and quality products. There are lots of restaurants in the vicinity, including the well-known Meson Candido just on the other side of the aqueduct. An enjoyable stay - thank you!

There was a lack of communication re roadworks and we had to drive around for over half an hour before I got out of the car and had to walk to the hotel for them to explain how we got in! It was an avoidable thing with an email, SMS etc I also would like to say that they were very uncooperative re a booking change , I made the booking eight months in advance and needed to cancel 1 of the nights but they wouldn’t let us !! Even with eight months notice ! Poor form really. Also we had tours on so they made us a packed breakfast as we had paid for breakfast , it was a nice gesture but it was a stale sandwich and cake

“Great location for a short visit to explore the historic old town of Segovia”

Location with a fabulous view of the Roman Aguaducto from our bedroom window - it has the perfect location for exploring the old town and Alcazar

To be improved

Decor was modern and clean but perhaps was a little bit lacking in imagination/character (but no harm done).

Fabulous location with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from It would be great if the hotel had some outside space and a bar as it had wonderful views

Very clean but badly needs an upgrade our shower was on its last legs and better with a walk in shower
