Eurostars Torre Sevilla

Stayed at Eurostars Torre Sevilla to celebrate a special occasion, and unfortunately the overall experience did not meet expectations. The main disappointment related to the handling of VIP Access benefits at check-in, which felt inconsistent and poorly managed. While I understand that upgrades are subject to availability, the process itself lacked clarity and professionalism, which set an unfortunate tone for the stay. Equally disappointing was the follow-up. The matter was raised directly with the front desk and management, but the handling of the complaint felt dismissive and did not lead to any meaningful resolution. That said, the property does have some strong positives. The views from the hotel are excellent, and having free parking available is a clear advantage. The spa facilities are also good, although it should be noted that access comes at an additional cost (EUR 25 for 50 minutes), and mandatory rubber footwear must be purchased separately, as the slippers provided in the room are not permitted. In summary, a hotel with clear potential and some appealing features, but where the overall guest experience and service recovery did not align with expectations.

Service was verry bad. Rooms where noisy while they pretent to be isolated. Staff does not come back with solutions when you have questions. Rooms need maintenance. To bad i hoped for a great holiday experience but got a no worthy stay instead. One star for the beatifull view.

Clean, Friendly and a great location for our sightseeing. Everything was within a 15 -20 minute walk. Triana very close. We walked all over the city and the hotel was perfect for that.

Excellent trip, Hotel spotless, room spotless and comfortable, Breakfasts are really good plenty of choice plus great view! Had a room with a city view defo worth it. Rooftop bar is excellent, visited every night, great location, few minutes walk over the bridge to the main area, Setas and Cathedral 20 mins tops walking. Great Hotel

A 5-Star Fraud: Total Disrespect and Medieval Service Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I have stayed in luxury hotels across the globe, but this place is an absolute joke. To call this a "5-star" establishment is a blatant lie; you would have to be an absolute moron to believe this hotel meets international standards. Our entire stay felt like being treated as if we were peasants from the Middle Ages. The Service (or lack thereof) From the moment we arrived, the staff was extraordinarily rude. • Luggage: Despite the 5-star rating, no one offered to help with our bags. When we finally asked for assistance, the receptionist acted like it was a massive burden and condescendingly told us he would "do it himself" with the worst attitude imaginable. • Management: When we demanded to speak with the General Manager to address these issues, we were told he was "too busy" to talk to guests. Apparently, paying customers are at the bottom of their priority list. The "Spa" and Gym Nightmare • Hidden Fees: When I asked if the pool and sauna were included, the staff literally laughed in my face and looked at me like I was an idiot. Charging extra for basic spa facilities in a 5-star hotel is pathetic. • Spa Experience: The spa staff barely speaks a word of English and are incredibly hostile. They don't provide bathrobes, and after a massage, they don't even offer a glass of water or a place to relax. It’s a factory, not a spa. • Gym: The gym is tragic. On my first visit, the staff didn't even bother to show me around or explain where anything was. Dining and Room Service The room service was disgusting. The food was virtually inedible—completely lacked flavor and was poorly prepared. It’s clear the kitchen staff has as much passion for cooking as the front desk has for hospitality. Final Verdict: This place is a scam. Save your money and stay somewhere where the staff actually knows what year it is and understands the basic concept of human decency. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible hotel for a supposed 5-star rating, it feels like a scam. The mattress was very uncomfortable and old, and the bed was noisy; every time you moved, it creaked and the springs were audible, plus the whole bed shifted, making it very unstable. The sheets were old, and the duvet cover was torn, which I find unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The room is very large and spacious, although it shows some signs of wear. The window panes are thin, so you can constantly hear the traffic, and the church bells ring frequently. The shower had a slight pipe odor. Only one tea bag of each flavor was provided, which seemed insufficient since the room was booked for two people. The only positive aspect of this hotel is the spaciousness of the room. During check-out, the staff didn’t ask about our stay; they were rather cold and not very friendly. This hotel should definitely not be considered 5-star. It urgently needs renovation.
