“The hotel is fantastic. Great location. Awesome views 360 around. Nice rooms. However, the check-in was slow. The bathroom had a little smell of humidity. The AC made a buzzing sound. We reported that to staff. This is why I do not give them a 5/5.”

“Top 15 floors of the 600 feet Torre Sevilla, so spectacular views. Rooms big and well equipped. Underground car park, book a rate which includes parking. Car park huge but easy to find hotel spaces. Lots of places to eat in adjacent shopping mall.”

“The property itself is beautiful and well located close enough to many places and attractions. A shopping center mall and food court nearby. For a property that makes millions of dollars everyday I was disappointed with the fact that there was no A/C or ventilation system in any parts of the hotel, the rooms smelled because of the stinky drains from the showers and bathrooms because again there is no ventilation system installed in the bathrooms, except for the bedroom area it had an A/C unit. So it smelled everywhere in the hallways, in the lobby and the rooms plus because it’s all glass the beaming sun just makes it very hot and unbearable to hang out anywhere but in your room or the open air terrace. The staff who work there most of them are clueless when asked the simplest questions, most of the time the concierges are out of their desk so there is no one to help when needed. The cleaning lady we had in the 24th floor did not do her job at all, she leaves us dirty stained towels, the sheets have yellow stains and the pillow cover. There is dust everywhere in the closet and the nightstand tables. She does not clean the bathroom at all and never refills what needs to be refilled like hand wash liquid gel, tissue box, toilet paper, towels, shower caps. Bathroom was hot, humid.The breakfast waiters especially the girls are very rude and unprofessional and roll their eyes when you ask them. No one comes to pick up the piling dishes on the table.They require more training!!”
