The property is perfect - big and comfortable rooms, good furniture design and in kitchen you have all you need! The host is very nice and every time when you need some help or have question she is ready to help you! Thank you Eva 😊

“An ideal apartment to live a pleasant local Seville experience!”
The best

It is a typical Seville apartment. We loved the location, Eva is very friendly and she is quick to intervene if there were problems. We didn't want to be in the touristy crowd and we got exactly the experience we wanted. There are local bars and markets nearby and Alameda de Hercules is a few minutes walk away. You can also reach the touristic centers with a 10-15 minute walk. This is the experience what we wanted. We have also been informed that a renovation is about to start that will fix the problems found in the house, which means it will be an even more pleasant experience.

To be improved

Eva provided extra cleaning service but the standard of cleanliness was below expectations.

To be improved

No Internet or explanation where to find it. Very little amount of house apparel for cleaning etc etc everything has to be bought and then thrown away. Unable to use dishwasher cause the baskets were taken away. The heater doesn't work properly. For the price you ask, please provide a bit more to the future tenants so it's easier to leave the house even cleaner
