We enjoyed the spacious rooms We also found that despite there being quite a few young groups rooms were well sound proofed, so very little noise from other apartments Host is very friendly and responsive

The property was listed in its header as “ the entire with pool and terrace” - it was a unit in a complex that had a pool and terrace. I didn’t like that it allured to make one think that the pool and terrace belonged to this specific unit. The photos posted on Airbnb was NOT how the unit looked like. Not even close. I didn’t like that. The shower head broke off after one use. The toilet holder broke off after the first day.

The advertisement was deceiving. The property shown does not resemble the unit we stayed in- not even closely.

“Great location. Stylish apartment . Request a 1st or 2nd floor room. Shared pool!”

The best

The location was great. We liked the Rooftop terrace, the effective air conditioning and the design and spaciousness of the apartment. It is good value and the host was informative and responsive. WiFi was good too and the apartment felt secure despite being at street level.

To be improved

The description in relation to the pool is misleading and it really should specify that the pool is “shared” The photos and descriptions make it look as if the pool is attached to the specific apartment (whereas in reality to shared with 8 others); however there is sufficient room for sunbathing. The ground floor rooms smell of damp and you can’t open the shutters as you face right on to the street. 2 pillows per person please!

Location, great spacious apartment , two bathrooms & bedrooms . Great comfortable beds . Coffee / tea / washing up liquid provided great stay would recommend location is perfect. Lots of supermarkets nearby , 6 mins walk to setas de Seville

To be improved

Pool is almost next to someone’s sitting room felt a bit intrusive. It was cold though which was needed . We had an issue with the aircon during our stay, tried to reset it multiple times but our host did give us a complimentary late check out for the issue very attentive host ( heatwave while we went the aircon was needed )
