Check in procedure was a nightmare, the number of doors to negotiate and the apartment door lock did not work so we couldn’t get in Support staff are based in Barcelona and not helpful to enable us to get into the apartment, had to ring 6 times, each time a different unhelpful person The directions to the apartment are not simple, took hours to find the carpark. We were told we could get into the garage first before entering the property but this is not possible, you need keys to the garage which are in the apartment. There is no where to park the car near the apartment until you get the garage keys The double bed bedroom was small with a lack of storage space. The bathroom too had no shelves for personal items The twin bed room is huge in comparison to the lounge, dining area, kitchen. The apartment space badly designed There are doors behind pictures which lead through to an adjoining apartment. There was a lot of noise coming through from this adjoining apartment Parking was fine once the garage was found however, our allocated space was always occupied by another apartments car It is not good value for money, very expensive in comparison to other apartments we have stayed in at Jerez

The best

this place has a good location, just a few minutes walk to Plaza Arenal, shops and restaurants. It’s clean and it feels very safe. The host is very attentive and communication (through messages) is very good.
