The wardrobe in the master bedroom is a bit old, but apart from that, everything else was perfect.

This was a lovely place to stay I’d highly reccomend, looks better than pics and rooms are well decorated

I was not prepared for the additional admin of staying here including additional security deposit and needing to upload things online via email

The best

We loved the interior of the apartment! Someone put a lot of effort in making it stand out from any other apartments we have seen! Very Bohemian, arty and eclectic just like the whole district:) Little balcony and rooftop was a great bonus. Kitchen very well equipped (frying pans need changing as they are badly scratched)

To be improved

Host wasn't communicative but I hope it was only down to Xmas time. Smell coming from the vents when we turned the heating was really bad. Very little lights in both bathrooms

The best

Eva provided excellent instructions on everything about the apartment and accessing the main door and apartment with a code and webapp was very easy and convenient! We really enjoyed our recent trip to Sevilla and our stay at Eva's Place! Eva was excellent at communication and provided us with countless recommendations around the neighbourhood and beyond, which was very helpful! Eva's place was in a great location, walkable to the main area of the city, but away enough that was quiet and we were living with the locals, a bonus for us. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless on arrival. We would definitely recommend Eva's place to any of our friends and family and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sevilla!

Characterful and stylish decor, very comfortable,quality beds, linens,appliances. Very secure. Superb quiet location in super-cool area.
