“Clean and well-located apartment”
The best

The Evaleta apartment was very, very clean and had everything we needed to relax. The kitchen is well equipped and it's great to cook. Nice and cute. This original apartment (Evaleta 2) had a pipe issue but the host relocated in advance to another apartment she had down the road. As it was a basement, it was cool for the summer.

To be improved

As it is a basement, the apartment was a bit dark. However, this made it cooler. Its location in the main road is convenient but sometimes it can be noisy with cars passing and kids playing in the street.
