“RUDE RECEPTIONIST AND INADAQUATE FACILITY”

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights from 2nd to 6th February as an accreditation committee member of a Business school in Barcelona. ROOM did not have basic facilities....Wifif was very slow. &. I had lunch in this hotel, as part of my fficial job and the hotel receptionist on 3rd February had agreed to include the price in hotel room bill as it was a sponsored trip supposed to be covered by Barcelona School of management. However, on the departure day, on 6th February morning, while checking out, the new receptionist YOUNG Man, FORCED ME TO PAY for the lunch. When the director of the accreditation agency visited me, we had a Soft drink too. I asked the receptionist to include it as part of the bill, becaue it is a standard prcatice to be paid by the host, since I'm there to judge the college. Receptionist for no reason got angry with me... PLEASE TEACH YOUR RECEPTIONISTS How to BEHAVE POLITELY AND THE PRINCIPLES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My second visit and would happily return. Comfortable and clean, friendly and helpful staff, in an excellent, quiet, leafy and safe location, close to main shopping streets and metro, with many restaurants and bakeries nearby.

“Okay for the stay but not sure I'd go back”

the location is excellent, staff are pleasant, the room was a good size but with the cot for our child getting around furniture was not so easy.

To be improved

temperature control in room didn't work, and the shade system blocked the full opening of the window unless you wanted to give folks across the street full view of your room and occupants. With the shades down, air from the window could not adequately cool the room which made for uncomfortable sleeping on already uncomfortable beds. There was a lot of noise from the street, so another thing that added to the poor night's sleep we were having.
