They lied to us and took the insurance money and did not return it, and the building was without an elevator, and they did not mention that, and the air intake was broken, and they never fixed it.

“Very good”

The best

The apartment was very clean and the interior looked modern! There was enough space for three people to comfortable live and sleep. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed such as towels, bedding, tv, cooking utensiles etc. It was nicely located close to a bus stop, the metro and various supermarkets. Additionally, the street where we lived in was absolutely quiet!

“The Apartment with surprises”

The check-in was fast. Isabel was very helpful. The underground was nearby the apartment, even though the area is not centre.

To be improved

The apartment is very damp and needs the right maintenance. Also the owner needs to invest in decent lining, towels, mattresses and pillows. A welcome package (biscuits, tea, fruit etc.) would be very welcome and some toiletries. Avoid if you have asthma and are allergic to animal hair.

Short walk to the metro station. Supermarket and a popular restaurant close by. Good communication from the owners.

To be improved

The rooftop terrace is for the use of the whole block. There were 4 usable chairs, the 2 loungers were broken. Provision of a washing machine is listed, but it is in the launderette in the building next door and there is no drying rack provided so nowhere to dry washing that cannot be machine dried. It was very difficult to find a parking space. Compared to other apartments that we stayed in during our trip this one felt a bit basic.

To be improved

The apartment major drawback - NO ELEVATOR, just a one meter wide staircase TO REACH THE 4th FLOOR. For us it was impossible to use it for more than two days when my wife underwent a knee replacement surgery and was forbidden to use stairs for at least three months afterwards. We checked out for good after 7 nights in spite of paying for 3 weeks. Of course, in line with not mentioning the elevator absence, the host blamed Booking.com for not reimbursing us at least for the 2 weeks we didn't use the apartment. When checking with Booking.com we discovered his lie, as he had never contacted Booking.com. Since then he never replied to our messages. A person you wouldn't like to meet in your life. An apartment for which you have to be in good shape to enjoy it.
