The best

This is a superb property and its presentation was immaculate throughout. The crockery, saucepans, utensils and all of the extra appliances in the kitchen were superb. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of beautiful towels. Everything was pristine. Siam Mall is only a short walk away, however, it was an uphill climb back. The pool was cleaned every second day and was spotless.

To be improved

The location is not ideal - at the top of a hill and next to a busy road. However, the security was excellent, which was important as we had a five year old in our group. We were disappointed that was that there was no barbecue. The curtains were a poor fit - street lights shone in at night. Maybe blinds would remedy this. There were not even the most basic of provisions in the kitchen - no salt and pepper or sugar even. Next time I would probably take these just for convenience.

The best

The villa is large and comfortable with a large garage affording direct access to the villa. Excellent proximity to the supermarket and local restaurants. Our adult sons loved the sauna. . Anna was very pleasant, as was the gentleman who met our sons on arrival. We were concerned after reading a previous review referring to a cold pool and cockroaches in the villa; however, the pool was beautifully warm and there was not a cockroach to be seen, either inside or outside the building.

To be improved

Unfortunately, the constant stream of traffic and pedestrians, passing directly in front of the pool area, meant there was a total lack of privacy. The road was extremely noisy and dusty, particularly on weekdays when heavy lorries thundered past almost continuously. Not the relaxing pool experience we were hoping for. We would have expected a change of bedding during a 9 day stay. The guest experience would have been improved with a small supply of dishwashing tablets, bin bags, cleaning products, some oven gloves and more than one tea-towel.
