Aircon is not included and you will be charged 65 euro for this! Sofa beds very uncomfortable

The beds were not the comfiest, did not feel that stable. Curtains are needed due to sunlight beaming through the current blinds.

Limited number of sun beds at swimming pool (opens 9am) so there is a cue from 8am for securing beds.... there must be a different solution than first come first serve..

The fact that I had to chase the key code for 2 and a half hours after we were supposed to check in. The host sent all the details except the code, we had to wait around in the heat with a 4 year old until 5.30. Finally we found a second phone number on booking.com to call and we got the code. The other thing was the fact that it is advertised as an air con apartment but actually you have to pay extra for air con! I checked on the policies but no where could i see this extra charge advertised. I was only told this on the day and agreed to the cost of 50 euros for 4 nights which is extortionate!! However, the owner didn't reply to my message of how to access or pay for the aircon and my husband said no way were we paying that so we didn't bother. We had all the windows open so it wasn't too bad. The apartment is in a very noisy part of the resort too. We had to check out at 12 and the complex does not provide luggage storage for people in block d. Would not recommend purely because of the poor communication from the owners and the amount of money they wanted for the air con. It is not cheap to stay in this apartment. The week before we had a much larger house with aircon and a better pool for less money.

There is a bar beneath the apartment that starts music at 9pm and finishes at 2am. The music was incredibly loud, not suitable for a family with young kids or anyone who enjoys sleep. We checked out after 2 nights as we couldn’t handle a full week of that noise every night
