Apartment quite small for 4 people

We payed for apartment and we got told that we cant check-in till 15.00 pm later than anywhere else in the world we waited till 15.00pm...than we waited another 120 minutes (two hours) so cleaning finished at 17.00. when we went in there was no minibar no fruits no drinks or even water complementary after all that time that we waited no apologies nothing next early morning they had workers doing some work on next door the lift and hallway was dirty lots of dust everywhere dor 2 days than day we checked out at 9.00 am in the morning lady let her self in using the key pad same as we went in sending codes to the the other people as we are still in there sleeping said i am the next person hiring this property can you go out the check out time was 11.00 she came inside at 09.00am.we than got message from same agent to leave the property as quickly as possible 2 hours before the check-out time....with the threat that if we dont police will have to get involved so we left as quickly as possible frightened out on streets again ...terrible experience from the agent dealing with this property they are callled @SUNSETMALAGAAPRTMANTS watch tham !!! Never answered the phone to us or contact us to let us know of when is the property gonig to be ready we waited for houra for them no they send us the details how to go in 1 hour later which they try to cover themselves but the cleaner waa there till gone 17.30 so tell us how is that satisfying when we had kids with us tired and they couldn't wait on streets benches till property waa ready very very sad from agent's mentioned above watch tham .....@sunsetmalagaaprtments !!!

It could of done with a link of paint on some walls and the onsuite sink bowl was a bit smelly

Emails sent to my archive and then to my junk which has never happened before and must be their system. I tried to contact by phone they didn’t answer 3 times to discover they had given us the incorrect code for apartment access. Smell of sewage in bedroom. No bathroom towels fixtures. No washing machine.
