“- Room looked pretty similar to the photos - There are lockers right under the apartments so you can leave your baggage for a good price - In the city centre, 20min walk to the beach · Cons: - We booked this knowing It is located on a busy street, so we were ok with noise during the night. However, you can literally hear everything that is going on around the building and inside of it. Very lousy neighbors keeping us up all night. - We also had a safety issue - the door leading to the building was hard to shut completely, so often they were open during the night, which we found out after leaving the building in the morning. The door leading to our apartment felt fragile and very unsafe with big gap on the side of the door. - Booked for 3 people for 5 days and only recieved three rolls of toilet paper, which we had to buy later on. The bathroom smelled awful when a window was left open, because it led to a space in between other buildings, where I think were garbage bins or sewage. - No closets or shelves! There were two hangers and that was it. We just left our things in our bags because there was no place to put them”

Some of the furniture felt a bit cheap and like it would break quickly. Didn't look exactly as advertised in the photos.

“Nice apartment in a good location, let down by internal noise issues”

Lack of soundproofing within building, could hear upstairs having conversations, could hear conversations through kitchen extractor hood and front door is loose in frame with no seal. Any noise in central staircase, people coming or going, is straight into the apartment. The ceiling has been stripped back to expose timber beams which looks nice but has removed any sound deadening materials that may have existed. We did check and knew there was a nightclub and late night take away near by, there was noise from this but majority of noise was from within. Also struggled on a morning due to delivery wagons parking right in front of the main door and blocking the exit.

“Just a perfect holiday staying in a lovely place visiting a great city!”

Apartment was so lovely and very well equipped. We had the best holiday and everywhere is easily within walking distance. The centre, the cathedral, Alcazaba, the harbour.
