“Thanks for the nice stay!”

We had a fantastic time on Tenerife. The apartment is located very central and quiet, it is spacious clean and everything looks brandnew. The owner told me that they just made a complete modernisation. We slept very well in the beds and we had many bad experience in the past with other apartments. The beach is only some steps away. There are many nice restaurants, also a nice thai restaurant called "Yum Siam" nearby, you can reach everything in walking distance. I recommend the apartment, we will definitely come back!

“Fantastic holiday in a perfect and clean location”

The apartment is very well located. There are lots of restaurants, shops, and most importantly, the beach right outside the door! What more could you want? We were in Tenerife as a family with the kids and were looking for a place where we didn't need a car and could do everything on foot. This place was perfect for us because everything was nearby. The apartment was very clean, you can tell that it had recently been modernized, everything looks very new! We felt very comfortable and would love to come back next year!

location in las Americas was really nice. views from sun terrace were lovely. was spacious and two bathrooms.

To be improved

no aircon upstairs so slept on the less comfortable pull out bed in the living room. WIFI failed and although promised to be fixed it wasn’t. No parking available and is shocking to find a space anywhere nearby. Aircon meter will use the credit whether it’s on or off. pool bar opens at 10 and closed on a Sunday as is half the pool. no sunbeds until 930 everyday.

The complex was in and excellent location in Las America’s. The overall complex was clean and well maintained unlike the room.

When we arrived we were disappointed by the size of the apartment, the pictures make it look much bigger in size. We arrived late evening and there was no sheets or pillowcases for the sofa bed which my two young sons were sleeping on. This apartment is no way for six adults. The amount of bugs in simple places like kitchen worktops and inside cupboards was disgusting. We’ve never had this before on a trip to Tenerife. The kitchen was unequipped for the amount of people staying there for example four forks for five people staying, two wine glasses and one prosecco glass. The curtains in the living space were stuck up my velcro and spend most of the time on the floor. The bathrooms were disgusting and the upstairs one was stinking of urine. The balcony was covered in bird poo and there was an electricity box hanging off the wall. Overall the place was dirty and really run down. The room was never cleaned during our one week stay and the towels were never replaced. I would return back to the complex but not to this apartment. The money being charged for this apartment is a disgrace. I have pictures but don’t know if I can upload.
