“Terrible Value for money.”

Great location, Customer service is responsive, very nice and did what they could to acommodate requests.

To be improved

- Not very clean (hair on the sink, old towels, bit of a disgruntled shower mat, unpractical shower curtain that sticks on your legs while you shower). - We were in the first studio, every person on the street was basically heard like they were in our room, very noisy during the night despite being situated in a calm street. - No light with a high up 'window' up the ceiling that was basically useless. The room felt like being in a closed box. - Very cold during the night (although to be fair it was an exceptionaly cold period for madrid) with a noisy climatisation/heater system that didn't work. When I asked for an additional blanket, I ended up getting a set of bedsheets... better than nothing of course, but not very useful without the blanket to put them on. - Last but not least, automatic check in system works well enough if you're tech savy. Not a good match for older folks who don't know what NFC technology is, or how to download an app on their phone (and then make it work...). All in all, not cosy or confortable. Nothing terrible or worse than what i've seen in affordable hostels for backpackers but at the price we paid for the room, it is not acceptable. I would not recommend.

“The place is very convenient to stay for one night · Cons: You need to download an app to enter the place, the instructions need to be more clear here in Booking, and the person that reply over the phone was a little rude (from UK) also the sign in the front is not the same name that is here in booking.”
