The best

The place, the balcony, the view, the neighbourhood were perfect! The view will make you fall in love with Tenerife. It's also situated very strategically. You have restaurants, beaches, shops at less than 5 minutes walk. The apartment is perfect for two. The kitchen was perfect for your meals. Enough space and well equipped.

To be improved

Some details, but the iron needs to be replaced by a better one. And also they should provide a vacuum cleaner as the apartment initially wasn't very clean.

The space and large roof terrace was amazing.

There was a renovation going on next door that was very noisy for a few days but after constantly communicating to Hosticasa they were very accommodating as was the owners and had a refund for the inconvenience and they also gave us a lovely food package as an apology as they were not aware of the work that was being done. More towels would have been good but that’s being picky as there was a washing machine, but that was very temperamental every time we used it, took a few attempts to get it to work each time. They also sent an electric coffee machine to use, as there wasn’t one there. So brilliant.
