Only thing to consider, is that the property is not very suitable for old and/or clunky people as there's a lot of steps and parts with low ceilings (I myself hit myself in the head like 5 times) but I would not put that as a negative, just something to keep in mind depending on the people going there.

Many things are NO NO NO!!! 1. Spent more than 1 hour and double trip (waste money) to go back to my original metro station to collect key. Owner didn't disclose where to collect even after check-in time & very late response. 2. Can use 1 bathroom to bathe only and have to wait. Power trip all the times. At night, cannot turn on all aircon, else power trip also. 3. Many steps when enter to the bathrooms or bedrooms. Many of us tripped down. 4. The ceiling is very low. Always forgot and hit the head!!! 5. We stayed 5 days with 1 toilet roll ONLY for 7 people. So expensive stays cannot afford to give more toilet rolls? 6. Owner will never responded to your message after you check in.

Terrible communication!!! :( They never sent me instructions for check-in and the day I arrived I had to call over 14 times to get instructions for entering the property. I even contacted Booking.com because I suspected it was a scam. We could get into the building just because a neighbour let us in. Although the check-in time is stated at 15:00, we arrived at 16:30 and were received by a very rude cleaning lady who kicked us out and said we needed to leave so she could finish cleaning. The cleaning was somehow disappointing though. They offered toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) but not enough for a three-night stay and 7 people.
